Come stretch your legs in the enchanting world of the Wingfield River Valley, a place of rare beauty and tanquility. Visit as well, the historic Romney Manor, home of the Caribbelle Batik Factory, with its resplendent terraced gardens, complete with a 350 year old tree and spectacular views over the Caribbean Coast.
Firstly, we will collect you from your starting point in Basseterre with specially modified, open aired, 4x4 Land Rovers, and then travel out along the scenic Caribbean Coastline to the town of Old Road, site of the first European Settlement on the island in 1624.
Here we turn inland for about half a mile and visit the famous Romneys' Manor, a 350 year old Plantation Great House, situated on a bluff with breathtaking views overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding countryside, where you can shop for colorful Batik and enjoy stunningly beautiful terraced gardens.
